20 years of irrigation experience
Born and raised on a farm in Kilnamona, Co. Clare, Ireland, schooled locally and in the big city of Ennis by Christian Brothers. After high school, he moved to Galway for one year to the University College Galway and then next to Dublin to get an Agricultural Science degree and higher diploma in Education at University College Dublin. He worked as a teacher and at a soil assessment office for a couple of years before coming to New York on March 25th, 1988. With some teaching, some landscaping, and a lot of hand watering, he fell into the irrigation business. Estelle Irrigation was formed and he set about bringing drip irrigation to all New York City rooftops (a very new idea at the time).
